The domestic debit network, run by Australian Payments Plus. Announced on 4 June 2026 that a zero-surcharge limit would apply to eftpos transactions from 1 October 2026. Its June quarter 2026 average merchant fee, 0.43 per cent of value, was the lowest of the card types in the RBA’s table.
