  1. ZeroDollar amounts anywhere in the Parklea statutory disclosures for 2022-23, 2023-24 and 2024-25, and the word abatement appears in none of the three volumes. For the period 1 April 2022 to 31 March 2023, CSNSW issued "a total of eight Performance Improvement Notices (PIN) and four default charge events", listed by type and month. For 2024-25 there are five improvement notices and one Major Default Notice, "CE4 July 2024 - Compliance with Release Dates (Erroneous Release)", and the same page records that "MTC have completed six years of operations under the current Management Deed." That most recent disclosure sits in the Corrective Services NSW annual report rather than the department's, because the branch became its own Public Service Agency with effect from 1 October 2024. DCJ's own 2024-25 Volume 1 contains no instance of Parklea, Junee, Clarence, MTC or Serco.Every failure listed, none priced →
  2. Partially AchievedThe status the Inspector records for both recommendation 1 and recommendation 2 against Corrective Services NSW, in Appendix 2 of the ICS Annual Report 2024-25, pages 84 to 86, against the legend on page 33. Table 9 on page 24 of the same report records that of 36 recommendations, CSNSW supported 28, partially supported 6 and did not support 2. Neither recommendation 1 nor recommendation 2 is among the two it did not support.Every failure listed, none priced →

The 3 names most often in the same articles as Corrective Services NSW. A line's weight, and the number by each name, is how many articles name both. Grey chords join the neighbours most often named together themselves (two articles or more). Circles are people and organisations, squares are mechanisms. Named together is all this shows: it is not a finding about what the relationship is.

How this page is assembled. The name, status and role are the desk's entity record. The article list, case counts, connections and the figures under On the record are read by script from the published articles that name Corrective Services NSW: the desk's key figures where it declared them, otherwise figures harvested from those articles. A connection is a name that appears in the same articles; it is not a finding about the relationship. The page is rebuilt when an article is published or changed.
