The Prison Contract Rort
- Opened on fileEvery failure listed, none priced
A privately run prison operates under a deed that prices failure by the incident, with an unnatural death in custody charged at $500,000. The law requires a monitor to report on that prison every year and requires the report to be published. It is published, as a list of notice types and months with no amount against any of them.
